PollyCity is an AI public-service initiative that cities can adopt to help residents find and reach their services. This website is a preview of that experience.

• PollyCity is not a government agency, and this website is not an official city portal.
• Showing a city’s name, photo or website does not mean that city has partnered with us or endorses PollyCity.
• Using this site does not submit applications, requests, reports or payments to any government.

The chats, voice clips, avatars and service examples on this site show how PollyCity could work. Rules, fees, eligibility and deadlines differ from city to city and change over time, so don't rely on a sample for a real decision. Always check with your city's official website or office.

In city deployments, assistants answer from information the city has approved, but AI can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. That's why:

• AI assistants never make official decisions. Approvals, eligibility, enforcement and payments are always handled by the city.
• Assistants should say when they’re unsure and offer to connect you with a person.
• You can always ask to speak with city staff instead of the assistant.

When a city deploys PollyCity, its own terms and its agreement with us also apply. If they differ from these terms, the city's terms win for that service.

We check the translations in sample conversations ourselves. The rest of the page is translated automatically by Google Translate and may contain mistakes. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version applies.

Please use PollyCity in good faith. You agree not to:

• Pretend to be a city, a government employee, or PollyCity.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or any assistant.
• Use automated tools to copy large amounts of content without our written permission.
• Use the site to harass anyone or to share illegal, harmful or misleading content.
• Try to trick an assistant into giving false official information.

The site links to official city websites and uses outside services like Google Translate and a location estimate service. We don't control those, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. See our Privacy notice for details.

The PollyCity name, logo, design, text and software belong to Polly X, Inc. Some photos, avatars and voices are created with AI to illustrate the service and don't show real residents, employees or city buildings. City names belong to their cities. You may share links to the site, but you need our permission to copy or reuse its content.

As far as the law allows, Polly X, Inc. isn't responsible for losses caused by relying on sample content or by outside services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
